Our idea was to provide a space that exceeds expectations and is unlike any other before. And we did it. Our event hall is the newest location for meetings such as conferences, journalistic events, product launches, film and music events, seminars, discussion panels and much more, which makes it stand out as a place with inspiring potential.
The advantages of Planet Schwarz's innovative event hall start with its external features. The location and accessibility of a place determine how practical it is to use, which is why the convenient location of the event hall is of such importance.
The neighborhood where the event hall is located – Lozenets, brings together some of the leading companies in the corporate world. Many of them are located very close to our event hall as well as numerous public transport stops and the Vitosha metro station. It was under the roof of Office X that we chose to create the Planet Schwarz space.
It provides our event hall in Sofia with some of the greatest amenities available today. Numerous parking spaces for cars and bicycles, as well as green areas are available to the event hall guests thanks to the modern office complex. The event hall has a creative atmosphere due to practical interior solutions such as high ceilings, interesting color schemes of the furniture and other similar details.
Against the backdrop of this impressive design, the event hall also has all the amenities for holding a variety of events.
The spacious rooms accommodate both larger and smaller groups of people, each of whom can work independently in one of the zones in the event hall. Most of the floor space is open, so events such as brainstorming sessions and creative workshops can realize their full potential in our event hall.

The diverse possibilities of the event hall itself are due to its practical technical equipment. Right from the very creation of the space, we at Planet Schwarz wanted it to freely accommodate all formats, regardless of their interactivity or hybrid nature. For this reason, all areas in the event hall are equipped with digital displays, including the reception and the bar. In the two conference rooms, what is happening on site can be shared via the Barco ClickShare system, so that even formal events such as meetings and conferences can be carried out without any problems.
The event hall also has an entire multimedia arena called the Tech Theater. Its terrain combines high technology and practical design to provide the best place for conducting seminars and discussions with educational purposes. The Tech Theater makes it possible to hold many other meetings in the event hall, such as various discussion panels, presentations and events of a hybrid nature. All these formats are technically secured with high-class equipment, and the space in this part of the event hall is large enough to accommodate a large number of participants.
